Book Box for Teachers

Sign up your class (Pre-K–12th grade) for a monthly Book Box subscription! Each month, your class will receive a box of 10–12 books, carefully curated based on the survey you complete. Delivery is available to any Anahuac ISD campus, or boxes can be picked up at any Chambers County Library location.

Here’s how it works:

  • Complete the survey below by the 20th of the month to receive the following month’s Book Box.
  • Once submitted, your subscription will automatically renew each month.
  • Please complete a separate survey for each class.
  • Book Boxes will be delivered or available for pickup on the 1st Thursday of each month.
  • Books are due back within 3 weeks, but the extra goodies in the box are yours to keep!
  • Return the included comment card to help us select the perfect books for your next box.

Limit one Book Box subscription per class.

Delivery Is only available to the Anahuac ISD campus at this time.

While CCLS staff will try to select books that are appropriate to the reader’s age and interests, I understand that it is the responsibility of the parent and child to determine if this content is appropriate to consume and it is not the responsibility of CCLS staff to censor the content of the books.
