Starting October 20, grab a pumpkin from the Juanita Hargraves Memorial Branch, Winnie or you can use your own pumpkin. Then decorate & snap a picture of your masterpiece and send it to our email: winlib@chamberstx.gov by October 27.
Voting will be October 28-30 via our Facebook page. Winner will be announced November 1.
